My journey into the world of entrepreneurship began with the encouragement of friends and family who believed in my ability to fix just about anything. It seemed that whenever I visited their homes, I would inevitably find myself repairing various items, from vacuum cleaners and sewing machines to computers and leaky plumbing. These impromptu repairs became conversations and bonding moments, as I diligently fixed whatever they had lying around. Inspired by their unwavering support, I finally took the leap to open my own repair shop.

What sets my shop apart is that it's not just limited to servicing family and friends anymore. Our motto, "If you can carry it into our facility, we can repair it," sums up our capabilities quite accurately. While we primarily specialize in smaller items, such as those you can easily carry, we can handle repairs for a wide range of items.

When it comes to the repair process, we offer a couple of options. If you bring in an item for repair, we can provide you with a quote. In such cases, there is a minimum fee to cover the cost of disassembling and inspecting the item in order to give you the most accurate price estimate. If you decide to proceed with the repair, this fee will be included in the final charge. However, if you choose not to move forward with the repair, you will only be responsible for the inspection fee.

Alternatively, we also offer a Time and Material billing option. With this approach, all you need to do is authorize us to proceed with the repair, and we will bill you solely for the time and materials used to fix your item.

The choice of how to do business with us is entirely up to you. Whether you prefer the quote-based approach or the Time and Material billing, we are here to cater to your needs. I'm genuinely excited about the opportunity to assist you and your family with all your repair requirements.
